1. About Us
House of Bariki Pty Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) specialises in bespoke marble and luxury furniture. All products are handmade and made-to-order.
2. Orders
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
All items are made-to-order and handmade. Once production begins, the orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
Customers must ensure accessibility at their delivery location and sufficient space for the products ordered.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Australia Wide: Deliveries are made via third-party providers and customers must ensure delivery site is accessible. Customers will be notified of estimated delivery windows. Missed deliveries may attract re-delivery fees.
International: We offer international shipping subject to carrier availability and additional charges. For international orders, you are responsible for customs duties and taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers may request warehouse pick-up from our Sydney or Melbourne partners. Items not collected within 10 business days may incur storage fees.
4. Product Warranty
- A 12-Month warranty is provided for manufacturing defects from delivery or pick-up.
The warranty does not cover:
– Damage due to misuse, poor maintenance, or transport after pick-up
– Normal wear and tear
– Damage occurring during transportation where the product has been picked up directly by the customer or their agent (not delivered by our providers).
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
5. Returns, Refunds & Repairs
No Change-of-Mind Returns: If you simply change your mind or make an incorrect selection, you cannot return the product or seek a refund.
- Faulty or Damaged Goods
Damaged Goods: Customers must inspect the products upon delivery and report any damages immediately within24 hours with supporting photos and delivery documentation.
Repairs/Replacement: will be offered only if the product is deemed faulty under the warranty or ACL
7. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and following care instructions to maintain the product
8. Limitation of Liability
– House of Bariki is not liable for losses or damages once the item has been delivered or collected.
– They also exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us at orders@houseofbariki.com.au.
– Any disputes will first be addressed directly with the company
– If unsolved, the matter will proceed to mediation in New South Wales, Australia
10. Intellectual Property
All designs and content belong to House of Bariki and cannot be reproduced without their permission
11. Governing Law
The terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
